The RCDC air-cooled suspended conveyor magnetic separator operates on a principle combining electromagnetic adsorption and automated mechanical unloading. Upon powering on, a computer-optimized magnetic system generates a high-intensity magnetic field that penetrates the material layer and adsorbs ferrous impurities. Simultaneously, a drive motor rotates a drum-shaped roller, continuously rotating the unloading conveyor belt. Ferromagnetic materials adsorbed on the belt move to a non-magnetic zone and are then automatically scraped into a collection box by an integrated scraper. A unique forced-air cooling system effectively controls coil temperature rise, ensuring magnetic field stability and enabling 24-hour uninterrupted automated operation.
