When material passes through, ferromagnetic impurities are automatically attracted to the surface of the flame-retardant annular belt. An automatic correction system on the drum-shaped roller then carries the impurities to the unloading area for automatic removal. The self cleaning magnetic separator conveyor, in conjunction with a mine explosion-proof electrical control cabinet and intelligent control system, enables continuous iron attraction and removal operations, ensuring safe operation in explosive environments.
