The overband magnetic separator employs a drum-shaped roller structure, coupled with an automatic belt alignment system, to ensure smooth operation of the flame-retardant conveyor belt. Adsorbed iron impurities are automatically removed as the conveyor belt moves to the unloading area. An explosion-proof mining control cabinet enables intelligent control, ensuring safe and reliable continuous iron removal operations even in explosive environments.
