The CYG Pipeline liquid magnetic separator operates on the principle of strong magnetic adsorption. The device uses high-performance neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnetic rods arranged in a grid pattern within a stainless steel tube, forming a multi-layer magnetic filtration unit. When iron-containing fluid passes through the filter, the ferromagnetic particles are firmly adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic rods on the tube wall by the strong magnetic field, allowing pure products to pass through smoothly.
