The magnetic grid (magnetic grill) operates based on the principle of permanent magnet adsorption. When material flows through the strong magnetic field area formed by the array of magnetic rods, ferromagnetic particles mixed in are instantly adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic rods. The magnetic rods are arranged in the same or different order to maximize the magnetic field gradient and adsorption efficiency. Cleaning is simple; just pull out the magnetic rods to manually remove accumulated iron impurities, then reinsert them for reuse, enabling uninterrupted production.
