The CQZ magnetic drawer separator operates on the principle of alternating operation of multiple layers of magnetic rods. At least four drawer-type magnetic rod assemblies are arranged in a staggered manner, forming a magnetic separation zone without dead angles. When powdery material passes through, iron is strongly attracted. The CQZ magnetic drawer separator system is set to a continuous alternating iron unloading mode; when any magnetic rod assembly enters the clean zone, the other three layers remain operational. Through the reciprocating motion of the magnetic core between the working and clean zones, the attracted iron is carried into the clean zone and automatically detaches, achieving continuous operation without shutdown.
