The CGB semi-automatic rotary magnetic separator operates by continuously rotating a set of high-strength magnetic bars driven by a motor. As material passes through the separation zone, the rotating magnetic bars break up material clumps, preventing blockages, and simultaneously exposing ferromagnetic impurities in the material. Iron is adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic bars and is manually removed as the bars rotate to the non-working zone. This unique design of the rotary magnetic separator ensures continuous material flow and highly efficient iron removal.
