The CXJ Automatic Dry Drum Magnetic Separator is based on the principle of permanent magnet adsorption, generating a high-intensity magnetic field through a unique magnetic circuit design. Dry powder material is evenly conveyed to the magnetic separation zone via a uniformly vibrating feeder. Ferromagnetic impurities are strongly adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic drum, while pure material falls off naturally, achieving effective separation. The continuous rotation of the magnetic drum causes the adsorbed impurities to detach from the magnetic field area, completing automatic iron removal and enabling uninterrupted continuous iron removal.
