The CTZ Midfield strong magnetic drum operates on the principle of permanent magnet adsorption. The core of the equipment utilizes an optimized magnetic system composed of high-performance neodymium iron boron magnets. When material passes through the drum with the conveyor belt, ferromagnetic impurities mixed in are instantly attracted by the strong magnetic field and firmly fixed to the drum surface. As the drum continues to rotate, the attracted ferromagnetic impurities are carried away from the main material flow and automatically detach in the non-working area, thus achieving continuous and efficient separation of ferrous materials from the material. The entire process requires no external power, relying solely on permanent magnetic force.
