The RCYG self-unloading pipeline magnetic separator operates on the principle of permanent magnet adsorption. When powdery or small granular materials pass through the equipment, the internal high-performance permanent magnet system generates a strong magnetic field, instantly adsorbing ferromagnetic impurities such as iron segments, iron pellets, and iron powder mixed in the material. Through a unique automatic iron unloading mechanism, the adsorbed iron impurities are continuously separated and centrally discharged, achieving full automation of the iron removal process.
